Shoe Party Exchange Policy

Your new, unworn shoes (must be in original box) can be exchanged within 14 days with a receipt/proof of purchase
for a product of equal or lesser value.

Customer is responsible for direct shipping requests ($7.99)
and applicable order fees ($2.99).

Defective shoes can also be exchanged within 14 days for a replacement product of equal or lesser value.

Exchanges can only be made at a My Shoe Shoppe™

Online Purchase Exchange Policy

New, unworn shoes (must be in orignal box) purchased
through www.myshoeshoppe.com can be returned or
exchanged within 14 days with a receipt/proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and must contact headquarters for return ID number prior to shipment.

All returns/exchanges must be postmarked no later than
30 days from purchase date.
